48FT Aluminum Catamaran (Complete Turnkey Project)

We managed this project from concept to launch, delivering a fully integrated, ready‑to‑sail vessel under a single point of responsibility.

 

1. Design & Engineering

  • Complete vessel design, from hull and superstructure to integrated systems, engineered for performance, safety, and classification compliance.

2. Material & Equipment Supply

  • Full sourcing, procurement, and supply of all marine‑grade materials, machinery, and equipment for the entire vessel.

3. Fabrication & Integration

  • Hull & Superstructure: Construction of the primary aluminum hull, deck, and superstructure.
  • Piping Systems: Design and installation of all onboard hydraulic, fuel, water, and waste‑water piping.
  • Electrical Systems: Electrical installation, from power distribution to navigation and control systems.
  • Accommodation: Fully finished interior spaces, including insulation, joinery, and finishing.
  • Machine Systems: Installation and commissioning of propulsion, steering, stabilizer, and auxiliary machinery.

4. Quality & Compliance

  • All work was executed to meet international classification and CE marking requirements, ensuring regulatory approval and seaworthy certification.
